5. Product Returns and Contract Cancellation

The consumer has the right to return goods (withdraw from the purchase) within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products by submitting a corresponding request. The request form is available on the company’s website.

Returned products must be unused, in intact packaging, and in their original packaging. If there are signs of use or the item is not in a resalable condition, the seller has the right to refuse the return.

If the contract cancellation is in compliance with the requirements, the seller will refund the cost of the products, including delivery costs, within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.

The user is required to provide accurate information when placing an order. VRT&Co OÜ is not responsible for problems arising from incorrectly submitted information.
